We love fabricating custom soft furnishings and treat each job with your satisfaction as our end goal, so clear communication is vital to our success. Here's how we can get the ball rolling:
PILLOWS - please click HERE for pricing information, then email us the specifics of your project. If you are wanting us to use your fabric, COM, please share the URL for the fabric OR share the details of the fabric (fiber content, pattern repeats, etc.) which are usually shown on a label on the back of a fabric memo.
CUSHIONS - please fill out THIS FORM so we can learn more about your project and give you a ballpark estimate. If you have a window seat area that is part of a bay window or is a non-rectangular shape we may need to measure onsite before we can give you an estimate. The cost for these visits start at $75 but may be more depending on the time we need to measure the space & make a template.
WINDOWS - this includes drapery panels, drapery hardware, roller shades, Romans, woven shades, etc. Please email us the details of your project including any measurements, photos and your phone number so we can call you if we have questions. We offer onsite measuring/consultation visits starting at $100. During these visits we measure your windows, show samples, etc. Payment is expected at time of visit and the fee may vary depending on our travel mileage and the extent of what we are measuring (i.e. multiple windows, rooms, etc.).
Regardless of what you need we will send you a reply back with follow up questions, a possible request for additional photos of your space, and a starting estimate, if possible. More involved projects may necessitate an in-home consultation and/or measuring visit. All of our fabrication is custom and therefore nonrefundable so it's crucial that we have accurate measurements and fabric selections BEFORE we begin your project.
TURNAROUND TIME - Please note that we calendar client jobs into our queue on a first-come-first-serve basis. To be placed in our queue we will need to have a 50% deposit for the estimated cost of your job before we begin work. Depending on the time of year and our current client queue, our turnaround time may be as little as 2 weeks but could be 4-6 weeks especially if we have to order fabric, drapery hardware, etc.

REGARDING FOAM - We can obtain high density foam that is of a higher quality and better value than you can & will ensure that you have the best materials for the most pleasing outcome so PLEASE ask us about materials BEFORE you head to your local hobby store.
